Can I use music from audiojungle to make a rap song?

I have written lyrics on a hiphop music audio.
I am interested in buying it and releasing it on Spotify, i-tunes, Youtube etc.
I am a little confused with licensing and if I am allowed to make a rap song or if I am allowed to use it in a video only.

Can someone guide me through?

The short answer is NO. Because it would violate the musician’s copyright. Because the song will be yours. Any license for music on Envato does not provide (prohibited) for resale music.
But … you can contact the author and speak individually (via the feedback form).
