I just thought that is it possible to sell the items after we downloaded as a freebie as envato gift:)
As an example,last time i downloaded android ninja game.Is it possible to upload to Android market to make money?

Not on the free license or the regular license. If end users are charged to use, download, view, or access the product you create using the Envato item… then you need an extended license.
Regardless of license (I could be wrong but…) I believe that you can’t sell or distribute items “as is” or without a suitable level of modification
