Can I repurchase after refund?

I bought a Graphics Pack regular license an hour ago.
I made a mistake in buying.
I want regular license → extended license . Can I repurchase after refund?

mistaken purchase refund not acceptable if you already downloaded. But I think you can do one thing please Contact Author and tell them if you purchase extended license then will they refund regular license price. If Author agree with you then you have to purchase extended license then you can request regular license price. Mean mutual agreement is the main factor in this case.

You can also contact support to upgrade your existing license if you’ve already downloaded the file.
