Can I get help in re-installing lost content here, please?

Hi,
I am new in themeforest - just building my own consulting website - which so far has taken forever.

I just managed to lose my WIP website content because I chose to follow Avada "update your theme’ suggested in the menuoption. It seems I have to wait up to 5 days for Themefusion to respond. Can anyone of you help me on what to see if I can reinstall from somewhere?

Hello,

Don’t you have backup before update? You can ask your hosting provider if your hosting manage backup they will reinstall it.
