My first logo template was Hard rejected. I received email with the text “… you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”
But does it mean that I cannot change it and upload again?
Please review my logo. I plan to change the flower and font, may be also hair…
Or the idea of this logo is not good?
What can be reason of rejection in your opinion?

One thing is clear! You can’t resubmit this logo without adding major modifications!
To give you an advice, the font is not suitable for use with the face logo icon.
Now, you can also get rejected because of bad package preparation. Have you checked “GraphicRiver General File Preparation Guidelines”
