Is the amount of the annual subscription discounted in a recalcitrant way or is it a total amount at one time on the card?

Not sure what you mean by splitting a credit card?

If you mean Elements https://elements.envato.com/user-terms then you would need to check with support but I beleive it’s a monthly payment but for the full year duration https://help.elements.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000629486-Submit-a-Support-Ticket

Bear in mind that:

  • the subscription is for items on envato elements only and not the entire ThemeForest marketplace
  • you do not get access to updates or support as you do with the main marketplace
