Did you come up with a solution please ?
I have an error message saying that my licence is used with another domain whereas i’m not using it.
My support is expired, and I can’t contact the author !

for solving purchase code or item license issue will need to get support from the item author. They (author) are the right team to help. you can contact item author through item comments page or author profile page or best option is through item support page.

I’m having the same issue. I had to reinstall my WordPress and didn’t deregister the purchase code beforehand. I CAN’T contact Qode because support for the purchase code expired years ago so please don’t reply to this message with another cookie-cutter response. Qode should allow all customers to contact them about deregistering their purchase codes without having to cough up cash to renew support. It’s utter rent-seeking on their part because it’s an easy mistake to make. Envato should provide a deregister tool if Qode won’t.
