Hi

I need many plugins for wordpress and they are to expensive right now
I want to know are envato team going to mark as disqunt for black friday ?

There’s no way to know which items will be discounted.

“The normal price” for the items are not expensive. Custom work is expensive.

All goods out there have increased, but the prices of items here remain the same. And you say it’s expensive, that’s why we can’t sell themes more and more :smiling_face_with_tear:

I did not mean about extra working, just the plugin price was 29$ and after few month I checkd, it incrase to 80$

Is there a special procedure or are these products discounted randomly?

Authors decide - around key dates like Black Friday envato ask for suggested items to discount but they still can’t do it unless the author says so

From 29$ to 80$ doesn’t sound right, it was probably on promotion (sale) . You can contact the item author for the details

if some users ask for a discount on Black Friday for a specific product, envato can help? or this is the author’s decision?

Setting the price is the author’s prerogative, whatever he thinks it is. A normal haircut costs 45-75$, and you’re talking about the price of plugins )))) As for Black Friday sales. Envato used to do them once a quarter, but they’re being acquired by Shutterstock, I think they have very different priorities there now. Anyway try to write direct to an author and ask the discount.

No! Envato can’t provide a discount for a specific product. Envato can run campaign like Black Friday and then author can nominate their item(s) for that Event.

But you can find some items is On Sale now and over the year and it is totally Authors own decisions.
in the search filter there is a checkbox for On Sale
on-sale

I’m using Evento from the last 2 years, and it provide the discounts on specific events. The most discounts are on Black Friday deals
