BIMBER THEME - When automatic registration fails........

Hello,
I have an issue with Bimber theme when I register the Theme it give me an error “When automatic registration fails, please unlock the theme using this token method. Click the following link to get your individual token and enter it below”

The following link does not work.
I emailed support on the 18th Feb 2025 and no reply.

The theme is not being used on any other domains.

Any help here please?
