Unable to register purchase code in envato settings

I have purchased alone theme product for my janvikas.in website . i have already mentioned in bearstheme ticket . that this is demo website. and i will register it once transfer the site to original domain.
I guess they have registered the purchase code with demo.janvikas.in website.
but my original website is janvikas.in. demo.janvikas.in we have created for testing purchase .
as untill the site is complete we can not make it live.

now am unable to register the site with original domain.
IT shows below message.
This product is in use on another domain: {“error”:“cURL Error (6): Could not resolve host: api.bearsthemespremium.com \n”}
Are you using this theme for a new site? Please purchase a new license

Hi

theme registration maintain through theme author own database. So, if you need to unregister/deactivate then you can do it from your wp-admin. In your pruchased theme options should have options for both register and unregister theme license.

If you don’t have access of old website wp-admin where the theme registered/activated then you have to contact theme author and request them to unregister/deactivate the theme license from the old domian/website.

contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to assist you.
