Can any one help? the theme pictures is blank, when aplying other wordpress themes it is ok.
I had a very old version - now updated to new version and it is blank

Hopefully some one is alive there …
I have paid for service - which I see that I don’t get ?
If you are not able to solve my problem, and give the service please refund money back
