Billed for a subscription I canceled a year ago, or so I tought.

So, I had a subscription for a year on PlaceIt. I canceled it a year ago (or, apparently not… maybe due an error or another problem on Envato’s side).
Now I got stuck with a $89 (and that’s a almost half my rent in my country) charge on my card for a service I haven’t used and I don’t place to use it again.

Is there a chance I will get a refund for it? Since I’m charged for the year ahead and I haven’t use the service once.
