Placeit Billing

I cannot find anywhere else to post this…

I canceled my Placeit subscription before the 90 days and was told we wouldn’t be charged past 90 days. Our account should have been deleted. Our account started in August of last year. We canceled at the end of August or early September. I’m still getting charged!!! What do we do and how do we get the extra money back, please!
