Avada theme support

Hello! I need your help please as I cannot post on the Support page because my theme support has allegedly expired.

I purchased Avada theme last December 2, 2020, with 12-month support. My support will expire yet on December 3, 2021. Please see attached screenshot.

However, when I login to the support page, it says my theme support has expired.

Please rectify my file record on your support page so I can access it.

Please go to theme Comments page a post a comment and let the author know your situation. Theme author will assist you. Also you can email them through author profile page Contact form.
