I purchase the Avada theme, had a programmer start building the site, they bugged out and now I cannot contact them. We now have a new programmer building my site. Is there a way to deactivate the orginal license and generate a new license?
Best way to to solve this problem is to ask the author of Avada theme:
I thought That is what I have done. If not please be very specific with the exact path that must be followed to find out how to get to the owner to ask for this re-issue of the license. This site is frustrating thing I have done in months!
We think that we have done this 4 hours ago in a forum of owners. Just waiting for a response. This is a very difficult system to figure out. Not very user friendly for support.
