Finding a Theme License When You Have Multiple Licenses

I have purchased Avada licenses for many, many clients. Now I need to extend tech support for a tech update. The issue I now have is figuring out which purchase over the last 3 years I need to extend. Which will take me hours to figure out because at Envato Market, there’s no way to add details or notes for any download / theme purchase so each one looks exactly the same as the other. Which means I need to download each license until I find the version I need for the client who needs a particular update to extend the license. UGH!!! Any suggestions??
