I have a situation regarding the invoices generated in Codecanyon. Recently I bought a plugin and pay the amount in USD ( 61.2 USD ) and the transaction was performed successful with Paypal.
When i checked the Bank Statement I saw that PayPal sent the transaction to be settled in EUR ( 59.54 EURO )
Unfortunately the information from Envato ( Codecanyon invoice ) cannot match the bank statement therefore it’s creating an accountancy issue.
Questions:
1.) Can Envato generate invoices in different currency’s like EURO ? If yes can you tell me how ?
2.) Should i escalate the problem to PayPal as well ( considering that the settlement was made by them? )
3.) If someone had same kind of problem please tell me how to solve.
