AudioJungle Sales Monitor 2

@PetrenjMusic That’s how they get ya…

That sale or two is all it takes to add a glimmer of hope in your eyes even if your overall experience has worsen. Gives you an illusion that everything may get better even though the writing is on the wall.

It’s a sinister manipulation tactic filled with false hope and gas lighting.

… either that or I’m just joking with ya lol.

Believe me, after all this years in royalty free music, I know pretty well that everywhere else is better than on AJ. But I didnt referring on this :slight_smile:

@ZeroLink
Again, after all this years there is no room for false hope or anything like that. I just wanted to share my thoughts. Its been a while how I visited forum last time… I cant even remember how to properly reply / quote and stuff like that :smiley:
And after all, its all lottery.

Typical summer. Only 2 sales in the first week of July. :cry:

Silence are the loudest words we can hear. Notice how all reviewers and elements authors never say a word on the forums? You know why? because all the “sales” and “revenue” is flowing straight into their pockets. There are sales and revenue to go around, but only to those elected by Envato to the elements market that, for all intents and purposes, has been cornered. Hand selected people were invited to make money. The elements market grossly devalues music assets and all digital media assets. Because only a few lucky chosen one’s were selected to participate, they are the one’s stuffing chunks of money in their pockets each month. The rest of us are trying to sell one sync license at a time for a price often double the monthly “ALL YOU CAN EAT” subscription of $16.50/ per month.

Don’t kid yourself thinking things are dead. Revenue is not dead. Revenue has been diverted to elements authors (REVIEWERS, PAID STAFF, EMPLOYEES OF ENVATO, AUTHORS WITH OVERT PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT who have secret and private access to envato managers) who are very very quiet these days. Why are they quiet? well they are enjoying the delicious fruits cornered in the growing elements market and they are selling for 95% less than the rest of us, and they are enjoying lucrative and growing monthly bonuses, AND most importantly - 0 competition!!! - from hundreds of other non elements authors…at least for now… You can thank that relentless ad on all our pages. When competition is void or very limited, odds are you will do quite well in a cornered market. Frankly I am surprised people still give this platform time and energy.

Longest period without a single sale since… well, since ever. Not even back in 2016 with a 30 tracks portfolio.

3 days without sales. And what happened to customers from the US in this month? Usually they are always in 1st place. (no one yet)

Well, the 4th of July holiday probably had something to do with the decrease in U.S. sales.
