Well, let’s start with the small print. Can we agree that part is true?
So I ask you: Structurally, is Elements like free market capitalism, where each author determines the value of his labor and is free to earn as much or as little as he wants?
Or is it more like socialism, where the non-elected leaders collect all revenues and divvies them up according to a formula known only to them, with little or no transparency or accountability?
Under ADP, were we getting richer or poorer? Under Elements, are we getting richer or poorer?
You still think Elements is the epitome of capitalism?
EDIT: Don’t get me wrong - We’re both on the same side of the Elements issue. The only difference is how we view capitalism vs. socialism.
