All is set correctly and it works for a few minutes then error again. All I see using this theme their Google maps is not functioning.

I have checked your website error console and found: You have exceeded your request quota for this API (screenshots: https://prnt.sc/op6mdp). If you want to continue the map always then you have to setup billing at google. Please check more at google you can use search to find about it.
