The API section is not working? Says its down for maintanance and has been like that for about 14 hours?

There have been two periods of downtime for the Market API this week - one yesterday morning (starting around 10am Melbourne time), and a second one earlier today. The database upgrades have now been completed, so the API should be back in operation now.
It looks like the API maintenance was completed about an hour after your post.
