On my site, https://www.supremausa.com I am experiencing issues at the bottom where when you click the video button (not the bottom link) the video does not display. It opens a shadowbox but the load icon never goes away.
You should contact the author of this theme and ask for support. But first of all make sure to check the documentation the theme comes with.
