After Effects Error Message

I’ve downloaded multiple files and have not been able to open any of them. I consistently get the following three error messages. I’ve reached out to Envato support, but have not been able to connect with anyone. Received and help ticket number on Friday, but no help has been provided thus far. I had hope to be working on the project this weekend (I have some deadlines to meet). Does anyone have any guidance for me? Please help!

  • This project must be converted from version 9.0 (windows). The origninal file will be unchanged.

  • Unable to open file"/users/myname/downloads/bookPresentation/(Footage)Source/Dnvato_network(1)eps". If the file is opened in another application, closing it may resolve the problem.

  • File exists but couldn’t be open for reading…

Items downloaded from Elements are not supported. You won’t be able to get the support for those.

Thanks for your response. So that I’m clear, I have a unlimited subscription to download content/assets, but if there’s an issue there isn’t anyone I can reach out to resolve it (in this case the AE files)?

Some of the files are limited at Elements, check the marketplace and purchase a copy from there to access the all files - in some cases, you may need to download additional files those are only available for buyers who purchased the items, not downloaded from Elements.
