I purchased the AE FaceTool from VideoLancer in may 12 2020 and i can no longer find my purchase download on my account i am very upset

You have to click on ‘Confirm your email’ (see your screenshot). After confirm the item will be listed in your envato market download page.

I clicked confirm and it sends me to your site saying error
