Hey why can’t I download the video preview from the after effects files (only the AE files)? they are very useful to have a reference…I can only download the preview when I am not logged…I could do that in the past…
It looks really strange, unless there have been changes to your account permissions or settings…. Sometimes, simply caching or browser-related issues can affect the functioning of certain features. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the Envato using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
