Account Locked why?

I tried to purchase 5-6 items, after the payment page, i got a blank page, waited for some time, but still it was like that. But money was deducted from my account. So I close the browser and tried to log in, then i got the following message.

Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account

I already raised a ticket with Help Team, but till now didn’t get any response from them, I want my account should be active ASAP, it delays my work. I have to download some of the items from my downloads page. Please help me.
