Account locked after purchase

My account was locked after purchase. Upon checking this forum found out this is a common issue which envato is failing to solve.

If someone from envato is here kindly do the needful to rectify this issue.
And if someone has faced this issue kindly let me know how much time did it take to get this issue resolved.
