I’m trying to get a token to continue to add Enfold to my website. I did create an envato/elements account. Whenever I try to get the token, I get the error message below:
Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403-)

How can I bypass and continue in order to get the token?

Hi,

If you download the item from Envato Elements then note that envato personal token only for Envato market not for Envato Elements.

Envato API personal token:

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account.

Hi,
It didn’t prompt me to sign into my Envato account and each time that I try. I get Access denied. Is there a way to delete the first account and create another one with a different email address?
