7 PSD templates hard reject in row

Hello.
Can you help my please? Why was my business cards template only hard reject. Than normal, arrogant envato did not a reason. Only knowledge base …This base is for my alibism from Encvato . I have on Envato 80 business cards and trifolds templates. I do not know where is my mistake.
