Hi Envato forums. I’m extremely frustrated. I uploaded this file about a week ago:
It was soft rejected because of open paths in the EPS file, I fixed it, it was accepted. Yippee. I had figured out Envato. So then I submitted seven other files (apparently I can only post 6 images, so here are five):
And they were all hard rejected.
I know they’re not all the best thing since sliced bread, but I think they’re all pretty darn comparable to the one that was accepted. What am I supposed to do when I have nothing to go on? I have no clue why the first was acceptable and the rest aren’t. I’m feeling really discouraged about Envato and am pretty much ready to take my marbles and go home, but I wanted to go through every step they offered. Does anyone have any clue as to why these would all be hard rejected versus the first?
And just so I’m clear on this- Envato says a hard rejection means they don’t want to see that file ever again, correct?
