Your upload rights have been limited

Hello,

I’m new for selling content, just completed my profile and I want to upload my first videos. But when I go to the upload page I get an error " Your upload rights have been limited"

So what do I need to do? Do I have to wait to approve the account? And how long does it takes?

To request access to upload stock footage and motion graphics items, you must submit a portfolio. and you have to wait for your portfolio approve. but if your concern is for another category then please Contact Author Support and let them know. Thanks

Thanks! And where do i submit my portfolio? I checked the website but i don’t see a form for that. Thanks
