I have problems with the XTRA theme, it can not import demos, it comes the hint: Please activate your theme from
Dashboard> XTRA
before importing demo, the Xtra theme is enabled, what should I do now.

XTRA theme can not be updated either see here: https://themeforest.net/item/xtra-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/20715590, that’s the cause of my problem
I bought this theme from you in October 2018, you can not import demos.

I have saw that item that account is suspended.I think you will not received any kind of support from that item author.
