Was this a plugin that was bundled with a theme or did you purchase it on it’s own? Since bundled plugins don’t come with support, it could be why you can access that author’s separate support forum.

I bought it separately. I can’t connect to the support site. I guess it’s not possible from Turkey, so I’m asking here.
I’ll tag in the author @AA-Team to see if they might be able to lend a hand.

Sorry but they are really slow with support. It is very difficult to reach them. They definitely need to change this. I sent an e-mail and message, still waiting.

Your validation issue seems to be a restriction from your hosting provider. Talk to them and tell them to allow the validation.
