I had purchased Kindergarten theme recently and when I updated it the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin that came with it is not updating and asking for Secret API Key and Visual Composer License Key. I do not have these as the plugin came with the theme. I created a Secret API Key as per the plugin’s instructions but I still need the License Key. The theme’s purchase code does not work here. Need help and support here., please.
When you get a plugin ‘bundled’ with a theme you do not own a license. You have to wait for the author of the theme to actually update the theme with the latest build of the plugin as a theme update. Otherwise you will need to purchase your own individual license.
