wpbakery page builder can not save

i bought blaze wordpress theme,and i start to use wpbakery page builder to make new page,but after i was done,i click update,but it can not save! help

Seems that in your first photo there is a JS issue. the builder is not loading at all on that page.
Are you using a purchased theme?

yes, i am using purchased theme, blaze

by the way ,i can not receive the comfirm email of envato.

i try to activate wpbakery page builder here in pic1,but i have to confirm my email here(pic2),but!! never receive the email ! i m sure i neve blocked it

Hello @rivermao

If wpbakery is included into a theme that you’ve purchased, then you don’t need to register and get the license of wpbakery.

Have you tried to reach out to Blaze theme author for support? If not, please use following section:
