WPBakery Page Builder not working anymore after Wordpress update

Hey there,

we are using the weelspring theme (www.saltyelephant.de). We build all pages with the included WPBakery Page Builder, which just worked out great. However, since we updated wordpress a few days ago the WPBakery tool is not working at all; or in other words, when we edit a page, it’s just not appearing, it’s only the classical wordpress layout.

Anyone has an idea how to solve this?

Have to add:

After the wordpress update all the pages that were made with WPBakery Page Builder are in code now within the wordpress text editor and BELOW is the now empty window of the WPBakery Page Builder … it ain’t a solution to rebuild all the pages. How do I get the content back into te WPBakery tab/window/editor???

Hi @danielpauw

You can try to install and active classic editor. May be problem with not support wordpress 5 default block editor.

Thanks! Qubely/Gutenberg was the reason WPBakery wasn’t working for me!
