Woocommerce-Subcategory page unable to link with Shop page

Hi, my website having an issue on the linkages of pages. Under the “Shop page” automatically created by woocommerce, those categories fall under this page can be view by clicking into each of them, but not those that are reflected under the dropwdown box of “shop page”.

Hi, I tried to post my question in the forum. Seems no one replying at all.

I can’t see the sidebar at all after trying to edit on shop page
individually and edit in theme option-layout.
