Why responsive issues are detected in soft rejection when my website is 100% responsive?

Hi All,

We have submitted our HTML item in Themeforest. We got 2 times soft rejection and the review team says that our website has responsive problem. After first rejection, we solved some issues and re-submitted. But we get again soft reject where they said that in our item previous review cause exists. We have no responsive problem now. Can anyone please help? Here is the item URL:

I had the issue few times and it happens time to time ( cache issue )
Try renaming the zip file on every changes. Eg. Template.zip > Templatev1.zip > Templatev2.zip
