Why my psd soft rejected ? They mentioned the reasons but i am not getting them clearly.

I AM NOT GETTING SOME OF THEM PARTICULARLY LAST ONE.

Last point seems clear to me, many of the text parts seem to have the same or similar grey colour. If you bring some more variety in, that will help with visual hierarchy and make the design look more appealing (as well as fixing spacing issues etc.) That’s my understanding of it anyway.
