I had send an after effect project to the videohive as, 1080×1920 resolution with fully customizable option , dolor change logo change , background change and many also with best video preview , but they rejected with hard reject , WHY?
How we can help without video preview ? Please post the video preview here so that authors can help you, thanks

You have copyrighted material in your template. Envato will not approve anything that is not completely original material.
The project is made by me full ! In the template although I use in preview images background not kept in project as download link given
Are preview images under the right license which allows you to use them for commercial gain?
I don’t know , taken from a website ! Therefore I think it might not a low for using commercial license, so I understood ,

As for sources you can search here for everything: https://search.creativecommons.org/ and also a few great free images sites: https://unsplash.com/ https://www.pexels.com/ also could read this: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000424643-What-Assets-Can-I-Use-In-My-Items-
Basically find stuff with creative commons attribution license and you should be good
