All you have to do is wait until Envato will fix this. Nobody else will help you.

Hi @jeriteam007,

We had an outage of the search system yesterday, and during that time you would have seen the above error. It’s all been fixed now and you should be able to search as expected. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have a status page at https://status.envato.com/ where you can go to get details about any outages we’re having and when to expect it to be fixed.
