Why Envato rejecting many templates?

I have uploaded my rejection before 10 days but still it haven’t been answered

Because they wont sell. No point in flooding the market with low quality themes.

My HTML template was hard rejected which was developed from an approved PSD template , One of my WordPress theme was soft rejected within 2 hours from the time of upload :(. Is there some sort of rejection competition going on or Envato is increasing there items quality level?
