No thats not it, i cleared my browser and logged back in and it show i don’t have a subscription. What in the heck all i have is issues with your site, why is it showing now i am not subscribed?
I have to get this project completed and i can’t even use my account, and no one will get back with me.

Correct, i just bought the other day, i was on there today and all of a sudden i got that whoops message and when i restarted and signed back in my subscription is gone
That link above https://help.elements.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new is the best option (they can take a day or two to reply if it’s busy)

If you go to your account https://account.elements.envato.com/subscription what does it say there? Esp. in the list to the right?

i am having the same issue… i cannot login to themeforest to download my themes i purchased… my project is delayed!
