I want to create my first premium wordpress theme. I started checking some existing wordpress theme frameworks or boilerplates.

Which framework or plugin is best to make the theme?

If you have accepted templates then give some advice on which one to choose. I didn’t design templates for sale before. I only designed sites for WP. Mainly using ACF Pro. Can I use ACF Pro to develop a theme? So what better to use?

I not created yet. I am looking for options. There are lots of starter theme frameworks like _s (underscore) , WP Emerge , Sage etc. I just want to check which starter framework/theme authors use for creating themes.
