you can download it from https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit but it’s not guaranteed to work as it’s been depreciated as the Envato API has changed and the creator is waiting for some guidance from Envato to build a new version of the plugin - https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85

I just had a look at the new Beta Envato Market plugin, it’s really good! No ETA on completion yet but it’s coming along nicely.
