What software/coding does the envato forum use?

I’ve always wondered what or where this forum design and coding comes from. Is it a software? Is it a coding type? HTML? BBCODE? A bit of both? PHP?

Is it licensed, bought? I’ve seen Imgur use practically an identical one, and it works quite well. Bulletin and phpBB boards have become quite bloated and obsolete these days. It seems things are moving forward in terms of forums.

Oh nice, thanks! I’ve found several designs that people use and market to website hosts and owners. It’s quite interesting. I like this one in particular though, very use to use, no need to go down the pages.
