This is a good point. As a moderator you are very good at making us all engaged.
Until we know whats happening now, I think we should put the customers in the first seat here in this thread. The ones who is not contacting support, comes here at the moment.
No more talk about small, insignificant numbers in front of the customers, just a reminder for us all. They are not numbers, they are our greatest value. The long term customers should ideally have some extra benefits for being loyal, not have their options reduced.
I have faith that Envato will take this seriously after last weeks feedback, it´s also very important to take into account that the markets are different in terms of credits use. As @Sound-Spark-LLC is talking about, the impact is especially clear on sound effects.
