We can't edit any options in zephyr theme option

We can’t edit any options in zephyr theme option, we are actually using old version of Zephyr Theme (4.3) and old version of WPbakery, If we will update these to new version will our issues solve?? Or is there any other way to solve this issues?? We just want to edit zephyr them options tabs…

Please suggest if any solution is there for this issue…
