Editing options disappeared from WP. SITKA Theme

After 6 months of “SITKA” Theme support, my editing options simply despaired from Customization Options. What should I do? I can’t change anything on Front Page.

Thanks for your reply! However, the Author doesn’t have an option to communicate with them. Or, they don’t reply. Why they removed the editing options? It seems like a simply fraud, just cutting off everything and forcing me to buy a “pay support”. I’d rather to buy a different theme at different source, than buy something under pressure. Well, too bad for your market.
