I want to make a video chat site similar to tinychat.com but much different in appearance and features. Also want it to be pure html5 instead of flash based. Possible? How much would it cost to have it done? I am very familiar with word press but I do not think it is something I could accomplish using word press CMS. Would i need a special server? I already have a dedicated server that can handle a lot of traffic.
I just need guidance on where to start with this one.

Also to integrate it into a theme and brand it properly. I sent a ticket to my server host about my server being capable of executing this idea.
